General Conditions of Use

Access to the Website www.Sturent.it (hereinafter also "Website") and the information relating to all services offered through the Website (hereinafter also "Service" or "Services") entails compliance with and acceptance of all these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter also "Conditions"). You are invited and advised to read the content of these Conditions carefully. The Website is owned by ImmUni Srl.

Website User

Access to the Website and to the information on the Services offered by the Website, as well as the use of any Service, grants the user the status of User (hereinafter also "User" or "Users"). In general, the User is not required to register to access the Services. However, the use of certain Services may require registration, which will be carried out in the form expressly indicated in the relevant Section of the Website.

Economic conditions for the use of the Services

The Services offered through the Website are generally free of charge. As detailed in the relevant pages of the Website, the Services offered are free for Users qualified as University Students enrolled at Universities affiliated with the company, who are looking for properties and portions of properties.

With reference to the offer of properties, some listings are published only after prior verification by ImmUni Srl and against an economic consideration. For other listings to be published, the Website may provide for the activation of additional features that could entail additional costs only if the User wishes to use them.

Free services have an indefinite duration, unless otherwise indicated by ImmUni Srl. The specific economic conditions and the duration of the paid Services referred to on the Website will be detailed in the contractual documentation to be signed bilaterally between Users and ImmUni Srl.

Consultation of the listings

The search for information on the Website and the display of listings is carried out through automated procedures, and in any case ImmUni Srl declines all responsibility regarding the content, accuracy, truthfulness and compliance with the rules contained in these Conditions.

The User may in any case report any irregularities, illegal, fraudulent or suspicious listings, or listings that do not comply with the rules set out in these Conditions, by sending a report to info@sturent.it.

Intellectual property

ImmUni Srl is the legitimate owner of the Website, of the Website's pages, of the information or elements contained in the texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphics, databases, software, logos, trademarks and trade names, with the exception of those referred to in the Website's pages but owned by third-party holders.

The User may not reproduce, transform, modify, decode, distribute, rent, make available to anyone or allow access through any form of communication to the public of any of the elements set out above, unless expressly authorised, in accordance with current regulations, by ImmUni Srl or by third parties holding the corresponding rights.

Permitted use of the Website and restrictions

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the content and/or Services offered by the Website is at their own exclusive risk and under their own responsibility. It is forbidden to carry out, directly or indirectly, any form of commercial exploitation of the Services through the access, use or transfer of information contained on the Website. Breach of this prohibition will be prosecuted according to law. The use of the Website for purposes other than those provided for in these Conditions and by ImmUni Srl is prohibited.

The User undertakes to:

use the Website and all content and Services in accordance with the law, public morality, public order and as provided for in these Conditions;
make appropriate use of the Services and/or content of the Website;
not use the Services and content of the Website for illegal activities, contrary to good faith or criminal in nature;
not infringe the rights of ImmUni Srl and of third parties holding the corresponding rights;
not transmit, introduce, distribute or make available to third parties any material and information (data, messages, images, audio and image files, photographs, software, etc.) that conflicts with the law, morality, public order and the Conditions.

ImmUni Srl reserves the right to:

not grant access to the Website's services and content at the unquestionable discretion of its commercial policy;
revoke access to its pages without notice to any User who violates the provisions of this legal notice.

For some listings published on the Website, direct contact is possible between the person publishing the listing and the person interested in the published property. In these cases the contractual or extra-contractual relationship will be carried out solely and exclusively between the Users themselves, who acknowledge and accept that ImmUni Srl has no responsibility for any damage of any nature arising from said negotiations, conversations and/or contractual obligations.

Warranties and liability

ImmUni Srl does not guarantee the continuity of access nor the correct display, download or use of the elements and information contained in the Website's pages, which may be prevented, hindered or interrupted by external factors or circumstances beyond its control. ImmUni Srl is not responsible for the information, services and other content integrated into third-party sites accessible from the Website.

ImmUni Srl assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, claim or expense arising from:

interference, interruptions, errors, omissions, telephone failures, delays, blocks or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, errors and overloads on telecommunication lines and networks, or for any other cause beyond the control of ImmUni Srl;
the use of any illegal and/or malicious program and with any type of media, such as viruses or anything else;
improper or incorrect use of the Website and of third-party sites accessible from the Website;
browsing security or errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by not using updated versions.

ImmUni Srl does not guarantee the truthfulness, correctness, completeness, nor compliance with privacy legislation and/or any other aspect of the listings published on the Website.

Termination

ImmUni Srl reserves the right to prohibit access to the Website, permanently or temporarily, at its sole and exclusive discretion. Users subject to the exclusion measure will be informed of this decision and may not subsequently attempt to access the site under a different name or through other Users.

The User will be liable for damages of any kind that ImmUni Srl may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a consequence of any breach of the obligations arising from these Conditions. Furthermore, the User will hold ImmUni Srl harmless from any penalty, claim or summons by third parties, including public bodies, as a result of the User's infringement of the rights of third parties by using the Website or Services connected to it in a manner contrary to these Conditions.

Changes to the Website

ImmUni Srl reserves the right to make the changes it deems appropriate, being able to modify, delete and add new content and/or Services as well as the way in which they are presented and located.

Minors

To use the Website and benefit from the Services offered by the Website, minors must have previously obtained the permission of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts carried out through the Website by minors entrusted to them. In the services where expressly indicated, access will be limited exclusively to persons of legal age.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Save as provided by mandatory legal provisions, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute concerning these Conditions and the relationships governed by them.
